The Lady you see in this picture is Ms. Linda Luther. When I got my computer, I was very lucky to become friends with her. As we emailed each other back and forth, she gave me the idea to create a website for my unit in Vietnam, the 240th Assault Helicopter Company. Some people told me I could only have a website of "My Personal Experiences" with the 240th AHC and Linda assured me that information was false and she encouraged me to go forward. This beautiful lady, both inside and out, worked selflessly so that the members of the 240th AHC could have a place on the internet that they could call HOME! Linda's only motive was to see that the history of the 240th AHC lives on and we were recognized for the outstanding job we did and for always accomplishing the mission in South Vietnam. To all future visitors to the "LZ of the 240th AHC," rendor a salute to Linda, and when you have a chance, visit her award winning website to Vietnam Veterans and be sure to sign her guestbook.
